watchpartiesuk were in awe of Lya’s groundbreaking Chanel watch party, and we consider it a cultural reset for Fashion Week.

Held at Paris’s La Caserne, the event drew an astonishing 2,000 attendees, with crowds forming hours in advance and spilling beyond the venue’s barricades. Lya’s celebration of Matthieu Blazy’s Chanel debut transformed a traditional runway show into a vibrant, festival-like experience. This wasn’t just a party, it was a movement redefining fashion’s accessibility, turning exclusive shows into communal, real-world spectacles.

We’re very much hoping that fashion watch parties will make their way to the UK in the coming years, and when they do, watchpartiesuk will be ready to champion, promote, and celebrate every moment of this exciting new chapter.
